Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend preferred)
4 slices thick-cut smoked bacon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 brioche buns
Toppings of choice (cheddar, pickles, lettuce, tomato)
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 4 equal patties.
3. Place bacon and patties in air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping burgers halfway through. Monitor bacon to desired crispness.
5. Remove and let burgers rest for 3 minutes.
6. Toast brioche buns if desired. Assemble with toppings and serve.
