Ingredients
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
4 oz blue cheese crumbles
8 slices thick-cut applewood bacon
4 brioche burger buns
2 cups fresh arugula
1 red onion, thinly sliced

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and heat cast iron skillet for bacon
2. Cook thick-cut bacon in cast iron skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes
