Crispy, cheesy, and packed with bacon, these Bacon Cheeseburger Roll Ups are the ultimate easy comfort food, perfect for family dinners or parties.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pickles, diced onions, or jalapeños
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
4. Unroll dough onto a clean surface. Press into a rectangle if using crescent dough.
5. Spread beef mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
6. Add any optional extras (like pickles or onions).
7. Carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Slice into 1 to 1.5-inch spirals.
8. Place spirals cut-side up on baking sheet. Bake for 14–18 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
