Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, crumbled bacon, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix until well combined.

5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
