Description
An over-the-top stuffed burger featuring crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños, cream cheese, and an extreme cheddar cheese pull.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon
2 jalapeños, diced
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, diced jalapeños, chopped bacon, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
6. Place a scoop of the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty and let it melt for a minute.
7. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet.
8. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the bottom bun and topping with the top bun.

Notes
For milder heat, remove seeds from jalapeños.
