1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup cooked macaroni noodles 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon 1/4 cup chopped green onions Salt and pepper to taste Slider buns Additional cheese slices for topping Additional bacon for topping

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni noodles, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. While the patties are cooking, toast the slider buns in the oven or on a separate skillet. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top each patty with a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon. Place the top half of the bun on top and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger Sliders!

Notes

For best results, cook macaroni to al dente texture before mixing into beef. Make sure bacon is crispy before crumbling to maintain texture. These sliders can be made ahead and reheated gently. Substitute different cheese varieties for unique flavor profiles. Store leftover patties in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
