Description

A delicious fusion of flavors, the Bacon Raspberry Swirl Burger combines the savory taste of crispy bacon with a sweet and tangy raspberry sauce, all atop a juicy burger patty. Perfect for summer BBQs!


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 6 strips of bacon

– 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

– 1/4 cup raspberry jam

– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

– 4 burger buns

– 4 slices of cheddar cheese

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Lettuce and tomato for garnish


Instructions

3. 2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.

4. 3. In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, raspberry jam, and balsamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

5. 4. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season with salt and pepper.

6. 5. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
