Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20 works best)

6 slices thick-cut bacon

4 jalapeños (2 for stuffing, 2 for topping)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 hamburger buns, toasted

Lettuce leaves

2 tomato slices

Red onion slices

Ranch dressing

Blackstone Bootleg Burger Seasoning (optional)


Instructions

1. Cook bacon until crispy, set aside on paper towel-lined plate

2. Dice 2 jalapeños and mix with cream cheese and cheddar cheese for stuffing

3. Season ground beef and form into 4 balls, flatten slightly

4. Heat grill or cast iron pan over medium-high heat

5. Place beef balls on hot surface and smash with spatula

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and add cheese stuffing mixture on top

7. Add crispy bacon pieces and remaining jalapeño slices

8. Toast burger buns until golden
