Ingredients
1 small green cabbage, cut into 6–8 wedges
12–16 strips thick-cut bacon
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Toothpicks (for securing)
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Cut cabbage into thick wedges, leaving core intact to hold shape.
2. Wrap each wedge in 1–2 slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
3. Spray air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
5. Place wedges in basket without overlapping.
6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flip, then cook another 8–10 minutes until bacon is crispy and cabbage is tender.
7. Remove toothpicks and serve hot with optional dip.
Notes
Try brushing with Cajun honey butter or maple sriracha glaze for extra flavor.
These reheat well — air fry leftovers for 3–4 minutes until crispy again.
