This Bacon-wrapped Cheesy Chicken Casserole is a delicious and hearty dish that combines tender chicken, creamy cheese, and crispy bacon, all baked to perfection.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
8 slices of bacon
1 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
4. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon.
5. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the chicken.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for a few hours before stuffing.
