Ingredients

1 block high-quality Greek feta cheese (8 oz)

23 tablespoons pure raw honey

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 sprigs fresh thyme

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

2. Place feta block in oven-safe ceramic or glass dish

3. Drizzle olive oil generously over feta cheese

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese becomes soft and slightly golden

5. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with honey

6. Garnish with fresh thyme and red pepper flakes
