Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan with coconut oil. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, pecans, chia seeds, and dried cranberries. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set. Cool completely for 30 minutes before cutting into squares. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days refrigerated.
