Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
– 4 hamburger buns
– 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
– 1/2 cup beer
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
