Description
This BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf combines the smoky flavors of BBQ sauce with crispy bacon and melted cheese for the ultimate comfort food experience.
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional BBQ sauce for glazing
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble into bits
3. In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, BBQ sauce, bacon bits, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
4. Shape mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet
5. Bake for 45-60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C)
6. Brush with additional BBQ sauce during last 15 minutes
7. Let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing
8. Serve hot with your favorite sides
