A delicious twist on classic lasagna, combining BBQ bacon cheeseburgers with poutine for a hearty dish. Perfect for gatherings!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 lasagna noodles
2 cups cheese curds
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 cups beef gravy
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions and garlic until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add BBQ sauce to the cooked beef and mix well.
5. In a baking dish, layer 2 lasagna noodles on the bottom.
6. Spread half of the BBQ beef mixture over the noodles.
7. Sprinkle with half of the crumbled bacon, cheese curds, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
8. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
9. Top the final layer with beef gravy and remaining mozzarella cheese.
10. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
11. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
12. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
13. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing.

For extra flavor, try adding jalapeños or your favorite spices to the beef mixture.
