Description

A delicious meatloaf stuffed with BBQ bacon mac and cheese, perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked macaroni

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread half of the meat mixture in a loaf pan.

4. In another bowl, combine macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce.

5. Spoon the mac and cheese mixture over the meat layer.

6. Top with the remaining meat mixture and shape into a loaf.

7. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.

8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, use smoked bacon.

Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
