Ingredients
6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
6 sourdough slider rolls
6 slices yellow cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons butter for grilling
Instructions
1. Cook bacon pieces until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels
2. Slice slider rolls and butter the outside surfaces
3. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each roll
4. Layer yellow cheddar cheese on bottom half of each roll
5. Add crispy bacon pieces on top of cheese
6. Drizzle BBQ sauce over bacon
7. Top with remaining roll halves
8. Grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts
9. Serve immediately while hot and cheese is still melted
Notes
For best results, use medium heat to prevent burning the bread while ensuring cheese melts completely
