Ingredients
1. 2 lbs pork shoulder
2. 1 cup BBQ sauce
3. 12 slider buns
4. 2 cups coleslaw mix
5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
6. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
7. Salt and pepper to taste
8. Optional: pickles for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. 2. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then place it in a roasting pan.
3. 3. Cover the pork with BBQ sauce and roast for 4-5 hours until tender.
4. 4. While the pork is cooking, prepare the coleslaw by mixing the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
