Ingredients
Lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 cup BBQ sauce
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
4. Stir in the BBQ sauce and cream cheese until well combined.
5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, beef mixture, bacon, marinara sauce, and cheddar cheese.
6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
This lasagna can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking. For an extra kick, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
