Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup pretzel crumbs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup beer

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

4 slices of your favorite bread

Additional cheddar cheese for topping


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a bowl, mix the beer, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the beer cheese sauce.

3. 3. Dip each chicken breast into the beer cheese sauce, then coat with pretzel crumbs.

4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

5. 5. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and top each breast with additional cheddar cheese.
