Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

6 small flour tortillas

6 slices American cheese

1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup chopped pickles

1/2 cup Big Mac sauce

Instructions

1. Roll beef into 2 oz balls and season with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.

3. Place a tortilla in skillet, top with beef ball, and smash flat.

4. Cook 2-3 minutes, flip and add cheese to meat side.

5. Cook 1-2 more minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy.

6. Remove from heat and layer with lettuce, onion, pickles, and Big Mac sauce.
