Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 4 oz black garlic, minced

– 4 oz truffle gouda cheese, sliced

– 4 burger buns

– 1 cup red cabbage, shredded

– 1/2 cup carrots, shredded

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 2 tbsp beer mustard

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Optional: fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, minced black garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

2. 2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

3. 3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

4. 4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of truffle gouda on each patty to melt.

5. 5. In another bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the slaw.

6. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topping with slaw and a drizzle of beer mustard.

7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes
