Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add steak pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
3. Heat a skillet over high heat and add the steak bites in a single layer.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked to your liking.
5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
