These blackened steak tips are seared to perfection and served with a creamy garlic cheese sauce and crispy onion crunch for a delicious dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup crispy fried onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Season the steak tips with blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. 3. Add the steak tips and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
4. 4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
5. 5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
6. 6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.

Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak marinate in the blackening seasoning for an hour before cooking.
