This Bourbon Brown Sugar Bacon Burger combines the sweetness of brown sugar with the rich flavor of bourbon, topped with crispy bacon for an indulgent burger experience.
Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
– 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup bourbon
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 burger buns
– Lettuce, tomato, and your choice of cheese (optional)

2. 1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
3. 2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.

5. 4. Grill or pan-fry the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

7. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on buns, topping with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
– For added flavor, marinate the beef patties in the bourbon mixture for an hour before cooking.
– Adjust the amount of brown sugar for sweetness according to your taste.
