Description

A gourmet Buffalo Ranch Crunch Burger with cascading Blue Cheese Flood that delivers restaurant-quality results. Crafted for discerning home chefs seeking the perfect balance of spicy buffalo sauce, creamy ranch, and indulgent blue cheese crumbles.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (chuck, brisket, short rib blend)

2 tablespoons buffalo sauce

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

3 tablespoons ranch dressing

1/2 cup crushed cornflakes or crispy fried onions

4 brioche burger buns

Fresh lettuce leaves

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

4 slices bacon, cooked crispy

2 jalapeños, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions

1. Prepare beef mixture by gently combining ground beef with buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties without overworking the meat.

2. Heat cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Cook burger patties 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.

3. In final minute of cooking, top each patty with blue cheese crumbles and allow to slightly melt.

4. Toast brioche buns until golden brown.

5. Assemble burgers: spread ranch dressing on bottom bun, add lettuce, cooked patty with melted blue cheese, bacon, jalapeño slices, tomato, and crushed cornflakes.

6. Top with remaining bun and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For best results, use a blend of chuck, brisket, and short rib for complex beef flavor.

Don’t overwork the meat mixture – gentle handling creates tender burgers.

Cast-iron skillet provides the perfect sear for restaurant-quality results.

Blue cheese varieties like Roquefort or Gorgonzola work excellently for the flood effect.
