Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. 1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. 4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
5. 5. Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
6. 6. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
7. 7. Stir and cook until gravy thickens, about 5 minutes.
8. 8. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with gravy.

Notes
For extra flavor, add more Cajun seasoning to the flour mixture. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
