4 chicken drumsticks

1 cup buttermilk

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Vegetable oil for frying

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.

2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
