Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Vegetable oil for frying
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
1. 1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
