Description
Delicious cheddar bacon beer brat melt featuring juicy bratwurst, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese on a toasted bun. Perfect for game day or a hearty dinner!
Ingredients
– 4 bratwurst sausages
– 4 slices of bacon
– 1 cup of beer (lager or ale)
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 4 crusty rolls or buns
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: mustard and pickles for serving

2. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
