Ingredients

8 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed jalapeño.

5. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.

Notes
