Description
These Cheesy Bacon Ranch Burger Stuffed Biscuit Bombs are a deliciously satisfying snack, perfect for parties or game day. Flaky biscuits are filled with a savory mixture of ground beef, crispy bacon, ranch seasoning, and gooey cheese.
Ingredients
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
1 pound of ground beef
6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
4. In a bowl, combine the beef mixture with cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
5. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, fold over, and seal the edges.
7. Brush the tops with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
