Description
Delicious cheesy bacon ranch cheeseburger stuffed mozzarella bombs that are perfect for snacking or appetizers.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 package of mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
2. Take a piece of mozzarella cheese stick and wrap a portion of the beef mixture around it.
3. Form into a ball and repeat with remaining ingredients.
4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
5. Dip each ball first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
7. Fry the mozzarella bombs until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
8. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
9. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the beef mixture.
These can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
