A delicious and comforting Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked pasta
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and cooked pasta.
3. Add half of the cheddar cheese and mix well.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some diced bell peppers or jalapeños to the mixture.
This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
