Description
Delicious Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Lasagna Rolls combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, and ranch seasoning rolled in lasagna noodles with three melted cheeses. Perfect comfort food for family dinners.
Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ranch or alfredo sauce
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente, drain and set aside
2. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until crispy, remove and chop
3. Cook chicken in same skillet until fully cooked, shred into bite-sized pieces
4. Prepare ranch sauce by heating evaporated milk and ranch seasoning in saucepan
5. Whisk in cream cheese until smooth and creamy
6. Spread ranch sauce on bottom of 9×13 inch baking dish
7. Lay out lasagna noodles and spread with ranch sauce mixture
8. Add layer of chicken, bacon, and cheese blend to each noodle
9. Roll up noodles and place seam-side down in baking dish
10. Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil
11. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
12. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes for golden top
Notes
For best results, cook noodles until al dente to prevent overcooking during baking
Let rolls rest 5 minutes before serving for easier slicing
Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated up to 24 hours
Freezes well for up to 3 months when properly wrapped
