  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Sear chicken in hot pan for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  • Remove chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken finely using two forks.

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
