Description

The ultimate Cheesy Doritos Inferno Burger with Chipotle Ranch Glaze combines the spicy kick of Doritos with restaurant-quality burger perfection. Crafted for discerning home chefs seeking gourmet burger mastery with bold flavors.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

2 cups nacho cheese Doritos, crushed

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 large egg

4 brioche burger buns

4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 tbsp adobo sauce

1 lime, juiced

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Lettuce leaves for serving

Tomato slices for serving

Red onion slices for serving

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix crushed Doritos with panko breadcrumbs and set aside for coating.

2. Combine ground beef with egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

3. Press Doritos coating mixture firmly onto both sides of each patty.

4. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

5. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

6. Add cheddar cheese to patties during last minute of cooking.

7. Meanwhile, combine ranch dressing, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, and cilantro for glaze.

8. Toast brioche buns lightly on grill or in toaster.

9. Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, patty, and chipotle ranch glaze.

10. Serve immediately with remaining glaze on the side.

Notes

Pro Tips: Use food processor to evenly crush Doritos for best coating texture. Let patties rest 10 minutes before cooking for better binding.

Storage: Cooked patties can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven at 350°F.
