Description
These Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that will impress your guests. Filled with creamy cheese, spinach, and artichokes, they are perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and pinching the edges to seal.
6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
