Description

These Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Bites are a delightful appetizer that combines creamy cheese, fresh spinach, and artichokes, all baked in crispy pastry shells. Perfect for parties!


Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of puff pastry, thawed


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan.

3. Add chopped spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.

5. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.

6. Fold the pastry over to create bites and seal the edges.

7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
