2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, chopped 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup buttermilk 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tsp garlic powder 3 green onions, chopped


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth Add chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, and green onions to ranch mixture, stir well Chill mixture for 20-30 minutes to set flavors Unroll crescent roll triangles and arrange in circle on prepared baking sheet, overlapping slightly Spoon filling onto wide end of each triangle and sprinkle with Colby Jack cheese Roll up triangles starting from wide end, pinching seams to seal Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through Serve warm with additional ranch dressing for dipping
