2 lbs white meat chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes 2 packets Goya Sazon Culantro y Achiote 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced 2 shallots, diced 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup Portuguese white cooking wine 2 tablespoons spicy pepper sauce (piri piri preferred) 1 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

Marinate chicken cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper for 2-3 hours in refrigerator Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and fragrant Sauté diced shallots and garlic until aromatic, about 2-3 minutes Add marinated chicken pieces to skillet, cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes Pour in Portuguese white wine and pepper sauce, bring to gentle simmer Add Goya Sazon packets and paprika, stir to combine evenly Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and additional pepper sauce if desired Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges
