Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sesame oil or chili flakes.
