Ingredients
4 slices thick-cut bacon
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons homemade chili sauce
4 slices artisan sourdough bread
2 fresh jalapeños, sliced
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crispy and golden, then crumble into small pieces
2. Shred sharp cheddar cheese for better melting
3. Butter one side of each bread slice
4. Spread chili sauce on unbuttered side of 2 bread slices
