Description

These Chocolate Hazelnut Swirl Cheesecake Bars are a decadent treat with a creamy cheesecake filling swirled with rich chocolate hazelnut spread, all on a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

6. Dollop chocolate hazelnut spread on top and swirl with a knife.

7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate hazelnut spread.

These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
