Ingredients
4 large eggs, separated
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon herbs (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Separate egg whites and yolks into different clean bowls
3. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form
4. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, seasonings, and egg yolks until smooth
5. Gently fold the fluffy egg whites into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate
6. Spoon 1/4 cup portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart
7. Bake for 16-20 minutes until tops are slightly golden brown
8. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to serving plate
