Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 oz bacon, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Stir in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until softened.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
