Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 brioche buns
8 slices crispy bacon
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce and tomato for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. 2. Form the ground beef into four equal patties and season with salt and pepper.
3. 3. Grill the patties for about 4 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.
4. 4. Toast the brioche buns on the grill until golden.
