A delicious flatbread topped with tender pulled pork, sweet and tangy cranberry BBQ sauce, and fresh toppings. Perfect for a quick meal or a party appetizer!
Ingredients
– 2 lbs pork shoulder
– 1 cup cranberry sauce
– 1 cup BBQ sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 4 flatbreads
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup sliced green onions
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

2. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
3. 2. In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
4. 3. Once the pork is cooked, shred it with two forks and mix in the cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce until well combined.
5. 4. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and evenly distribute the pulled pork mixture on top.
6. 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the pork.
7. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. 7. Remove from the oven and top with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro.

Notes
This recipe can be made ahead of time. The pulled pork can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
