Ingredients
4 slices of sourdough bread
4 oz brie cheese, sliced
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place two slices, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer brie cheese, cranberry sauce, and crumbled bacon on top.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Top with remaining slices of bread, butter-side up.
6. Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, until cheese is melted.
7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary to the cranberry sauce.
