Description

Transform your Thanksgiving leftovers into gourmet sliders! These Cranberry Brie Turkey Pretzel Sliders combine savory ground turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and creamy melted brie on salty pretzel buns. Crafted for discerning home chefs seeking easy holiday entertaining with restaurant-quality results.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1/2 cup brie cheese, softened and sliced

46 pretzel slider buns

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary until well combined.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Form turkey mixture into 12 small patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Slice pretzel buns in half and place bottom halves on a baking sheet.

5. Place one cooked turkey patty on each bottom bun.

6. Top each patty with 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce and a slice of brie cheese.

7. Place top buns on sliders and cover loosely with foil.

8. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.

9. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality ground turkey (93% lean recommended).

Homemade cranberry sauce provides superior flavor, but store-bought works perfectly.

Brie cheese should be at room temperature for easier slicing and melting.

These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.

Leftover sliders store well in an airtight container for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
